A great price Jan 02, 2010
Although we received a defective controller for the sauna, I have to say that the value is excellent. It took a while to resolve the controller problem (after-all it is made in China), but it is comparable to the $1400 Finnish model we have at another location. Have it installed by a professional electrician -- this is not "do it yourself" territory, and there were not good instructions with the unit (made in China, again). The seller was responsive to our situation and considerate of our needs.
